CVH has three primary care clinics and one outpatient mental health clinic that offer convenient healthcare services at a discounted rate for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. These practices serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, ask at the front desk. Medical: The discount is applied to all in-office services at the above
locations.
Pharmacy: Samples are provided without charge when available.
Lab & X-Ray: The discount is applied to in-office laboratory and x-ray
services. Reference laboratory tests and consulting radiology interpretations
are excluded.

Our Patient Financial Advocate can assist in matching you with a program option that gives special consideration to your unique situation. Your income and assets are used to determine your ability to pay and are compared to the US Department of Health and Human Services guidelines.
