Still, depression and other mental health issues are not just another normal part of aging you need to have to “live with.” We can help. Our programs can help older adults cope. For example, if you find that it is hard to get out of bed in the morning or you feel like your life has lost its purpose, we will be there for you to find a way to help you to cope. Our confidential help is available through our treatment team, which includes Psychiatrist Dr. D. Vuppalapati, Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and nursing staff.
