Congratulations! You've been scheduled for a joint replacement surgery with our excellent team at Carson Valley Health! We offer a class to help you and your caregiver better prepare for your surgery and recovery. In this class you will hear from both surgery and physical therapy experts about how to prepare yourself and your home for optimal healing. Topics to be discussed: specific precautions and exercises for your surgery, how to prepare for surgery, expectations for the day of, and the days following surgery.

You and your caregiver should attend together. Classes are offered twice a month for your convenience. There is no charge for this class.
